The website VegNews always delights. Read Wednesday March 5th 2025: “Impossible Foods introduced their new Impossible Steak Bites at the Natural Product Expo West in Anaheim, CA. They aim to replicate the taste and texture of real steak, but they offer a plant-based alternative for people seeking a nutritious and environmentally friendly option.”
Impossible says that each steak bite, “contains 21 grams of protein as well as other essential nutrients like fiber, iron and Vitamin B. Peter McGuinness, President and CEO of Impossible Foods, emphasized the appeal of steak bites stating: “Our steak bites are first and foremost delicious. They’re also packed with protein, no cholesterol, and less saturated fat versus the animal (counterpart). You’re not going to find a better plant-based steak option than that.” Meals on Wheels, take note.
