Dear folks, the following is how a vegan lives, as per the American vegan society. Vegan is a way of living which seeks to exclude all forms of exploitation of animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose.

Vegans eat from the plant kingdom: vegetables, fruits, legumes, grains, nuts and seeds.

High school football coach: “You have to pass my star player! We’ll lose the tournament without him.” Teacher: “But he said five times seven is thirty-three.” Coach: “So he missed it by one.”
